Reade Signs specialises in delivering signage and wayfinding solutions, following a consultative approach which starts at budget setting and design and continues throughout production, installation and maintenance.

The solution

After our an initial consultation, it was agreed that by creating a new website, with an optimised user journey, alongside monthly managed SEO and a social media management service, the business would be able to better showcase the value and experience it could bring to the table. In addition to this, by cultivating and captivating the right audience through SEO, we were able to drive the right traffic, most likely to engage with the Reade Signs brand. 

The challenges

Signage is a competitive business, with a range of large providers with national coverage. Additionally, franchise businesses based in various locations around the country held a sizeable market share. 

Reade Signs were no stranger to marketing, with a website and some social media management in place previously. However, the website wasn’t unified and instead was split into different verticals; it was almost 4-5 websites in one which were difficult to navigate between. 

Search presence was very limited and the main source of traffic was through some long tail keywords in the form of blogs, rather than solutions-focused searches which would deliver an ROI.

A new website with targeted SEO and social media management would help to overcome the challenges.

The results

Additionally, through social media management, brand awareness has increased. We further supported on socials by offering training and guidance to the account management team, which has resulted in an invigorated energy around social media and its potential to meet business objectives.

We were further instructed to redevelop the business’s website, to facilitate an improved user experience and to increase the website’s conversion rate. This has been particularly successful.

There has been steady monthly growth and a noticeable increase in enquiry levels, which is supporting the business’s ambitious plans to double in size in the next 4 years.
